We support two categories of exam forms: our own custom forms and Scantron forms.

SCANTOMARK Custom Forms

Our custom forms are free to use. You can simply download the PDF files and print them out for your students to use. There are three versions:

Form 50.04.11

This form supports up to 50 questions with a scan area of 4x11 inches on letter-size paper.

This form supports up to 100 questions with a scan area of 6x11 inches on letter-size paper.

This form supports up to 150 questions with a scan area of 7x11 inches on letter-size paper.

The following Scantron forms (sold by Scantron Corporation) are supported:

This form supports up to 50 questions with a scan area of 4.25x11 inches.

This form supports up to 50 questions with a scan area of 4.25x11 inches.

This form supports up to 100 questions with a scan area of 4.25x11 inches.

Note that our webiste only supports one-sided marking, i.e., only marks the front side of the forms. Please refer to the
